Young Point Guard Rudolph Acolatse says he has picked valuable lessons after participating in the Ghana Basketball and Leadership Camp for the third time on the bounce.
The 13-year-old was among four players who took part in the prestigious camp for the third successive time.
Acolatse is carving a niche for himself as fast and quick learner of the game and bagged two individual awards during the eight-day residential camping exercise.
The youngster was voted Best Shooter and Junior MVP after starring for the young team.
He says he’s learning the ropes fast and quick.
“This year’s camp has been very intense and we learnt a lot from our foreign coaches and our teammates.” he told BASKETBALLghana.com
“We lived like brothers and sisters at the camp and enjoyed a cordial relationship among ourselves. We worked on our shooting skills and I must say it was an awesome experience.
“The camp keeps improving every year and I hope to be present next year as well.
He added: “ It was difficult to adjust in the initial stages but we adjusted quite well and improved on my skills.
“My dribbling skills have improved and Ihope to make the best out of it going forward.
