Stephen Curry continues to bolster his credentials for MVP this season as he lifted the Golden State Warriors to a 114-107 victory at Washington Wizards on Tuesday night.
The Warriors guard was sidelined due to a foot injury in Sunday’s 104-98 defeat against the Indiana Pacers, but Curry made sure to comeback strong leading all scorers with 32 points and eight assists, giving little chances to a struggling Washington Wizards (33-24).
Curry showed no signs of his foot injury, returned to action, and the Warriors won again.
The MVP candidate was simply unstoppable on Tuesday as he scored from almost every spot of the floor.
He was perfect from the line (5-5), came up with drives to basket, created open-looks, and dished out passes. As a result of his offense prowess 15 of his 32 points came from beyond the three-point line.
