Joana Danso clinched her second successive MVP title in the girls division during the 2015 Sprite Ball Championship and touched many with her emotional speech.
The Aggrey Memorial youngster underlined his immense potential again by clinching the individual award after the two-day event at the El-Wak stadium.
Danso, a second year student at the Cape Coast-based side, showed tremendous improvement in her game to bag the individual honours at the expense of TI Amass’ Rachel Obeng.
The point guard is now set to travel to South Africa for the second successive year following her feat and she expressed joy at her achievement.
“It’s a great delight indeed to receive this award again. The challenge from my opponents was good but I’m glad I won it again,” she told BASKETBALLghana.com
“I am looking forward to improving my stock in the coming years and hopefully gain an educational scholarship abroad.
“The road may be bumpy but I am ready for the challenge ahead.
He thanked her teammates for their continuous support.
