The draw for the Greater Accra top-four has been held with exciting pairings that will whet the appetite of basketball fans in Ghana.

Record-title holders Braves of CEPS have drawn Panthers in a tricky duel while their rivals Tema Youth will engage Magic.

CEPS and Panthers will clash first on Friday July 25 at the Aviation Social Centre before Youth tackle Magic in the second men’s game.

The biggest match of the tournament will undoubtedly be the clash between CEPS and sworn-rivals Tema Youth.

Both teams will go at each other in the second game on Wednesday July 30 at the same venue before Magic take on Panthers in their second contest.

The all-round robin format will see the team with high points and scores emerging as champions.

CEPS have dominated the League for 15 incredible years but the top-four presents different dynamics in the title analysis.

The four teams boast of big game players who can turn on the heat in style when it matters most.

CEPS have arguably the best player in Ghana at the moment Baniba Dodzie as well as his closest challenger Hashim Brimah. There are also Daniel Nii Aryee and others in their fold.

Tema Youth coach Emmanuel Quaye will hope former Ghana Under-18 captain Cyril Clarke as well as Cameroonian import Edwin and McMartey Lawer will come to the party.

Former star Meme Falconer alongside Ferrami Olulonyo are in frame to make Panthers be counted during the hugely-awaited tournament.
