UCC, UG clinch top honours in 2014 GUSA games

The University of Cape Coast and Ghana clinched honours in both the men and women’s division in the just ended 2014 GUSA games in the Central Region.

Host UCC, won the title in the men’s division after seeing off competition from main rivals Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

They also managed other wins over the University of Ghana (Legon), University of Development Studies (UDS), University of Professional Studies (UPSA) and University of Education, Winneba (UEW).

KNUST came third, followed by University of Ghana, then UPSA, University of Education, Winneba and UDS.

In the Women’s division, the University of Ghana came tops, followed by host UCC, KNUST and UPSA.
