The roaster for the 2014 Greater Accra Basketball series will be released by the close of the week, BASKETBALLghana.com understands.
Record 14-time champions CEPS will attempt another shot at the title in what is expected to be a keenly contested season.
The likes of Fire Service, Police Service, Prisons, Tema Youth, Hoops, Holy Family, Galaxy and Reformers amongst others.
Chairman of the Greater Accra Basketball Association, Benjamin Baafi, has confirmed the date for the start of the League but says the fixtures will be released by the close of the week.
“We’re starting the League on the 7th of March but are unable to announce the fixtures because we must sort out some few knotty issues,” he told BASKETBALLghana.com
“By the close of the week, we’ll make the fixtures official to everybody to see.
“We expect an improve performance from the teams this year and hopefully we’ll see a real challenge to CEPS this season.”
CEPS have hit the code at the right time after winning the 2014 West Africa top-eight competition in Benin.
