German basketball trainer Jens Gailing has arrived in Ghana to participate in the first ever Ghana Basketball and Leadership Camp in Accra.
The experienced trainer is among high profile instructors expected to supervise the one-week clinic in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
Gailing and his colleagues will interact with players aged between 10-19 and take them through the rudiment and fundamentals of the game in the West African country.
He is expected to bring his rich experience to bear during the six-day stay in the capital and take the budding talents through the various stages of the game.
The move is part of plans by Rite Multimedia to ensure the development agenda is put on course and build the capacity of these mushrooming talents.
Last week NBA Stars Luol Deng and Pops Mensah Bonsu were in Ghana to participate in the Sprite Ball Clinic.
The platform offered them the opportunity to interact with the kids and take them through the basic understanding of the game.
Over 100 participants are expected to take part in the six-day residential event in Accra.
