The Ashaiman-based side were superior against their opponent and dished out their second victory in two games.
Lions had earlier survived a massive scare from Panthers in their opening game as they strolled to win at the Lebanon court.
They proved too strong for their opponent with a tactical display against CYO.
Lions have basked in maximum points from their opening two encounters and will look ahead to subsequent matches with confidence.
In the other game played on Wednesday, Yotive were handed a 74-55 defeat by Magic.
Magic rallied from two sets down to inflict the defeat on their opponent at the Lebanon court in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
Magic coach Francis Wilson was delighted with the win and hopes to revive their unconvincing start.
“It was a good win for us and we believe it will continue in the rest of the matches,” Wilson said
