Aggrey Memorial had an easy ride into the semi-finals after a comfortable 28-11 success over St Margaret Mary’s.
The Cape Coast-based side showed maturity and power-play and made nonsense of the game approach of their opponent as they recorded the easy win over them.
Aggrey, twice national losing finalists, are not losing their head over a potential third disappointment and desirous of ending their long-wait for a national title.
With experienced trio Matilda Gordon, Ajata Iddrisu and Barbara in their fold, they looked too strong for the Dansoman-based side who kept chasing shadows on the court.
St Margaret Mary’s dreams have been crushed and will need to wait for another year to attempt again.
