Host Sunyani Senior High School (Susec) put up a peerless display to beat Wenchi 20-4 in a one sided –game at the school’s main basketball court on Friday.
Nathan Duori was the star attraction for the homeside as his individual brilliance inspired team confidence in the region’s maiden appearance in the prestigious basketball championship.

In the second game of the day, Dormaa Senior High accounted for Presbyterian Senior High, Bechem in a low scoring 8-6. It was a comeback display from Dormass who had trailed their opponent for the better part of the two halves until a late surge earned them the bragging right at the basketball court of Sunyani Senior high.
