Turbo Jets ladies finally got their groove spot on following their nail-biting victory over Reformers on Monday in the women’s penultimate group A clash at the Lebanon court in the ongoing Thome Cabalan Championship.
The whipping girls in the Greater Accra basketball series had to dig deep to produce a last gasp display in the final quarter to record two points victory over the opponent – ending the game 43-41.
The victory has put them in good stead to qualify from their group to the next stage of the competition if the beat Magic on Wednesday in their final group game.
