A heavy downpour in Ghana’s capital is threatening Tuesday’s matches in the 2010 Thome Cabalan Championship.

The rains which disrupted the games last week set in again on Tuesday morning and it remains to be seen if the sodden court will wipe before the day’s run of matches –with the competition in the group stages reaching home stretch.

Organisers have been tight lipped on the issue and as the participating teams gather around for today’s matches, they’re left in a limbo as to what the final decision might be with only fifteen minutes remaining for the first game to jump ball.

If he matches are postponed, it would likely be played on Wednesday morning (8am local time)
