Former Greater Accra basketball chairman, Prince Vanderpuije Orgle has died.
Family sources told basketballghana.com he died early Friday in hospital where he was receiving medical treatment.
The Ghana basketball fraternity has being hit with the shocking demise of the man who was stirring the affairs of the Ghana Cricket Association.
Condolences have being pouring in thick and fast for the late Vanderpuije Orgle whose reign at the helm of basketball in Ghana saw some level of renaissance.
Not only did he contribute his quota to the promotion of the game in the West African country, he also emulated his leadership skills by transforming the fortunes of Ghana cricket.
