Accra Polytechnic and the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) will open the floodgate for the 2010 Legon Dunks at the main court of the University of Ghana on March 18.
The basketball team of the two institutions will play the curtain raiser for the prominent competition on Thursday as all road leads to the campus of the country’s premier University.
The battle pits the potency of the current national Polytechnic champions against one of the elitist Institutions in Ghana.
The stakes are high for this year’s competition and the keeness shown by the various halls bears ample testimony that the season –two of the Legon dunks will be one for the history books.
