Dalex Finance Product Manager for “SWIFT” Beauty Olerkie Larbie has expressed her outfit’s excited about the upcoming 3X3 Basketball event her firm headlines.
Dubbed “SWIFT Hoops”, the one day competition is a 3×3 Basketball tournament set to feature 24 teams representing tertiary institutions in Ghana.
3X3 is a basketball discipline that has grown in popularity over the years and has been registered as an Olympic Sport for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
SWIFT Hoops comes off at the Aviation Social Center in Ghana’s capital, Accra on Friday, August 24 climaxing a series of build up mini competitions in several locations in the country.
In an interview on Ghana’s premier basketball television show “Courtside” on Ghana channel Kwese Free Sport, Larbie affirmed her firm was looking forward to the event earnestly.
“We are full of energy and excitement for this competition and the energy comes with the brand SWIFT” she said.
Tournament Ambassador Emmanuel Ekow Amoako, who joined Larbie on set, echoed her sentiment. Dalex Finance is a top financial hub in Ghana known for supporting basketball growth in Ghana. In 2016, the company was a major partner for the Ghana Basketball Awards.
